4. Estimates and Payment

• Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and a visual inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise during service.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. A service fee may apply for returned checks.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

At JB Fixer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the completed service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include redoing the work at no additional cost.

JB Fixer provides a 30-day warranty on labor for all services performed. Any materials or products used may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from JB Fixer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
